Foundation Bank offers two types of credit cards, both with annual fees of $25 and interest rates at 10%. Our Visa Platinum credit card is issued for credit limits over $5,000 and also provides travel insurance. Our Visa Gold credit card is issued for credit limits under $5,000. Both of these credit cards offer the benefit of worldwide acceptance.

Overdraft Protection
Overdraft protection provides the convenience of readily available cash and the protection against overdraft fees and bounced checks. Simply access the funds through your Foundation Bank checking account.

Home Equity Loan or Line of Credit
Use the equity in your home to secure the borrowing power you need to make purchases or investments. Home equity products can be used for a single specific purpose or as a line of credit available when you want it. Most times the interest on these loans is tax-deductible, but always consult your tax advisor.

Executive Line of Credit
Our Executive Line of Credit provides instant access to credit and overdraft protection. As you repay the balance, the funds become available to use again. Access your credit line through your Foundation Bank checking account or with your Executive Line of Credit checks. Additionally you can transfer funds to your checking account from the Internet or telephone banking system.

Bridge Loans
Foundation Bank can design a bridge loan to help you get into your new home, before your old home is sold.

Custom Construction Loans
We can create a loan to make your dream home come true. Our construction loans can help you finance the purchase of the land, the construction of the home and can help you get the best long-term financing.

Other Credit Services
