Foundation Bank is a locally-owned, full-service, Washington State chartered commercial bank, offering a wide array of individually designed commercial credit and deposit products for Seattle area businesses and professionals. Foundation Bank's headquarters are located in Bellevue, Washington.
The founders of Foundation Bank began organizational efforts in November 1999. The Bank's Offering Circular was made available to the general public in June 2000, and the Bank raised in excess of $8.5 million through the sale of its Common Stock.
